Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will shortly arrive in New York to attend Loka Kerala Sabha. However, the fate of the Loka Kerala Sabha aka World Assembly hangs in balance because of heavy smoke that encapsulated New York City. The wildfires from Canada have reached New York and adjoining cities and people are advised to wear N95 masks.
The Mayor of New York City has issued a compelling appeal to its residents, urging them to wear masks in light of an extraordinary smoke situation. The city has been enveloped in an unusual level of smoke, presenting a unique challenge for its inhabitants.
In a public address, the Mayor emphasized the importance of taking proactive measures to safeguard one’s health and well-being. By wearing masks, citizens can significantly reduce their exposure to the pervasive smoke and mitigate potential health risks associated with it.
The Mayor’s plea comes amidst an unprecedented occurrence, with the city grappling with an unusually high level of smoke. Recognizing the potential health hazards posed by the situation, the Mayor has taken this step to prioritize the welfare of the city’s residents.
It is crucial for individuals to heed this call and prioritize their safety by wearing masks whenever venturing outdoors. By doing so, they not only protect themselves but also contribute to the collective well-being of the entire community.
As New York City faces this challenging situation, the Mayor’s appeal serves as a reminder that individual actions can make a significant difference. By embracing this simple yet powerful preventive measure, citizens can play an active role in ensuring the health and safety of themselves and their fellow New Yorkers.
Public Outrage Over Prakash Raj’s Anti-India Tweet Ahead Of Chandrayaan-3 Soft Landing
Prakash Raj, a film actor who is known for hating Prime Minister Narendra Modi has created an outrage on the micro-blogging platform X. He posted a cartoon that features a person pouring Tea. He specifically mentioned the name, Vikram Lander. While people with communist idealogy mindset had revealed that Prakash’s post was an old Malayali Joke, the majority of people were not impressed with the cartoon. This is especially when the Indian scientists have been working hard day and night for the success of the Chandrayaan-3 mission.
Nearly 90% of tweets we have gone through have reported that Prakash Raj’s tweet is an indirect derogatory swipe at the prestigious Chandrayaan-3 mission. The actor again took to X and added that it was a joke of Armstrong times in reference to the people of Kerala. According to X users, hating a person is different than hating an Institution.
You can hate Modi or anyone related to BJP but posting an insensitive tweet when Vikram Lander is about to land on the Moon is not good. We have seen that several users asked him to respect Indian engineers and scientists. It’s to be noted that the development of the Chandrayaan-3 mission is a tedious process and hard work is required to create and make it successful. There are X users who are of the opinion that Prakash Raj has crossed all limits and his tweet is simply anti-India.
When right-wingers host this kind of tweet, the relevant person will be arrested in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. However, when a left idealogy winger posts derogatory tweets, then they are protected by Left-backed Governments. We feel that the politics of convenience has hit the country ever since Narendra Modi led Government took charge of India in 2014. The likes of Soros and Singham-backed personalities have risen to derail the development of India.
Newsbuzzer feels that Prakash Raj’s tweet is anti-India ahead of the soft landing attempt. We are not sharing his tweet here since we respect the hard work put into the design, development, and deployment of the Chandrayaan-3 mission. Indian Government gives funds and scientists complete the work. This is the reality. Without Government support, complex missions like Chandrayaan can’t be carried out.

Sengol is a Tamil word for sceptre, which was given to the first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru in August 1947. The Sengol was handed over by the deputy pontiff of Thiruvavaduthurai adheenam, which is the non-Brahmin Shaivite mutts in Tamil Nadu.
Sengol features five feet ornamental sceptre crowned with the Nandi. While Sengol means righteousness, the Nandi is the symbol of nyaya. The Sengol is made of Silver with a coat of Gold. It will be installed near the chair of the Lok Sabha speaker on May 28 by PM Modi who will be accompanied by Speaker Om Birla.
It was C Rajagopalachari who had requested the leader of the Thiruvavaduthurai Adheenam in Tamil Nadu to sanctify the transfer of power. The Adheenam leader commissioned jewelry shop Vummidi Bangaru Chetty for the manufacture of the Sengol in four weeks. The Sengol was handed over to Lord Mountbatten by a priest of Thiruvavaduthurai Adheenam. The Sengol was then purified with Gangajal.
The handover was celebrated with the singing of special verses from Kolaru Padhigam, which was composed by Tamil poet Tirujnana Sambandar. The purpose of the verses is to remove difficulties. After independence, the sengol has been on display at Nehru’s Collection gallery at the Allahabad Museum. Interestingly, the Sengol was marked as a walking stick by the Congress government.
According to reports, more than 30 members of the adheenams will leave Chennai for New Delhi via chartered flights. PM Modi will personally honor them at his official residence at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg ahead of the opening ceremony. There are reports that Vummidi Ethirajulu and Vummidi Sudhakar who are involved with the making of the sengol will attend the new Parliament building inauguration function.
